Wendy Welch, RN, BSN
Assistant Director of Nurses
Wendy is a Registered Nurse and graduated from Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1997. Her background includes cardiovascular nursing, surgery and telemetry. She has been a part of the Evangeline Home Health team since 2004 and serves as the Agency Assistant Director of Nurses as well as a case manager for the Ville Platte and Basile areas.
Wendy is married and has 3 children. “My day is filled with many activities which usually includes assisting our patients with complicated issues to ending my day with managing multiple activities at home. It’s a crazy life at times, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.”

Bekki Miller, RN, COS-C
Administrator
Bekki has been a registered nurse since 1989. Bekki has worked in the hospital setting in med/surg prior to joining Evangeline more than 25 years ago. Bekki has served Evangeline as a home health expert in a variety of capacities including field nurse, case manager, assistant administrator, and currently serves as the agency’s Administrator and Director of Clinical Operations. She has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. “I enjoy my work including those that I work with and the care we provide to the elderly.”

Cindy Reavill, RN
Director of Nurses
Cindy has been a Registered Nurse since 1989. She has expertise in in post op, surgery, labor and delivery and med/surg. Cindy is a home health expert and has been with Evangeline Home Health for over 25 years. During that time, she has been a field nurse, case manager, nursing supervisor, and currently serves as the agency Director of Nursing and Assistant Administrator. Cindy is married and has 7 children and 2 grandchildren. “I love Evangeline Home Health because of the great people, patients and proud of the care we provide them.”

Nicky Guillory, RN, BSN
Director of Operations
Nicky has been a Registered Nurse since 1991. Her background includes surgery recover at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge and over 20 years of home health experience. She is a home health expert and has been with Evangeline Home Health since 1996. Nicky has served Evangeline as a field nurse, case manager, therapy coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing and currently as the agency Director of Operations. Nicky is married with two children. “I love the people, everyday is different with variety.”

Jeff Ardoin, CRT
Director of Marketing
Jeff graduated from RT school (Independence University) in 1994 from a program built by the local hospitals. He worked and trained as an RT from 1994 – 1999. He then went into the DME market and excelled in home visits and marketing physician offices. They provide Oxygen, Nebulizers and Sleep Apnea equipment. He has been at Evangeline since March of 2015. He is now the Director of Marketing and enjoys working with his sales team and Operations.
Jeff is married and has one son. “I enjoy working for a company that shares my passion of Gold Standard Care. It is nice to work for a company and be heard! They always listen to their employees and patients needs. This is just one of many reasons I enjoy being a part of this great organization.”

JoAnn Stagg
Director of Administrative Services
Joann has been with Evangeline Home Health for over 35 years. During that time she has served in many office and finance capacities. Joann has one daughter and one grandchild.“Evangeline home health is a very unique. I am very proud to be a part of the team here. We are a company with a history of caring, giving, understanding. Each employee is treated individually and given a voice at Evangeline. We provide consistent, excellent quality care to our patients. They are accepted and given care first regardless of their diagnosis, status, and each one is treated as though they were our only one. We are trusted in the community because of this and because our clinicians go beyond the call of duty each and every time. I believe that our many years of business and the longevity of many of our employees also proves the uniqueness of Evangeline home health.”

Lisi Coleman, RN, BSN
CEO
Lisi has been a Registered Nurse with since 1992. Prior to joining Evangeline Home Health in 1993, Lisi was a med/surg and labor and delivery nurse in Lake Charles, La. She began her career in home health following in her mother’s path and held many positions including a field nurse, serving as Quality Director, Assistant Administrator then becoming most recently Evangeline Home Health’s CEO in November of 2011. Lisi developed the nationally recognized HomeSight program for low vision patients has additionally led to Evangeline’s role as a collaborator on a grant with Johns Hopkins University. Lisi currently also serves as President on the Home Care Association of Louisiana Board of Directors.
Lisi and her husband, Bryan live in Lake Charles. They have seven children and 3 grandchildren.
“There is no work that I would rather do than providing care for the elderly and sick. I grew up with a unique first hand perspective and I hope to be a good example of that as well and to give back to those who have given so much to us.”
